Randy Pierce

Randy is an IICRC Certified Master Textile Cleaner with more than 30 years of experience as the owner and operator of a successful textile cleaning and restoration company. A skilled leader with expertise in marketing, Randy has built a strong reputation for his ability to guide his business through the competitive challenges of the industry.
An Air Force veteran, Randy’s professional background includes roles with the U.S. Air Force, Pepco, and multifamily housing communities, where he developed the discipline and leadership skills that continue to serve him today. He is also deeply committed to community service, having volunteered as a Scoutmaster and committee chair for the Boy Scouts for over 17 years, helping to shape young lives through mentorship and service.
Randy plays a key leadership role within the IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification). He serves as a Shareholder Representative, HST Committee Chair, Vice Chair of the Cleaning Division, and an active member of the I & S and Edcom Committees, and the IICRC Task Force for Drug Clean-up. His contributions in these roles have helped drive progress and uphold standards in the industry, particularly in trauma and crime scene cleanup (TCST), an area where Randy’s expertise is highly regarded.
As an IICRC Approved Instructor, Randy teaches more than 60 classes annually, certifying over 1,700 students a year in critical disciplines, including Trauma and Crime Scene Technician (TCST), Carpet Cleaning (CCT), Upholstery and Fabric Cleaning (UFT), and more. His in-depth knowledge of trauma and crime scene cleanup makes him a trusted authority in this specialized field, where technicians must manage difficult situations with precision and care.
Renowned for his motivating teaching style, Randy equips his students with advanced technical skills and innovative business strategies. His goal is to ensure they not only master the technical aspects of their work but also thrive in today’s fast-paced market, making him one of the most sought-after instructors in the country.

Krystie Reeves

Krystie Reeves has been dealing with biohazard remediation from the legal end since she was 19. Co-owner of BioteamAZ, she knows first hand what it takes to operate a trauma and crime scene cleaning company in a highly competitive market. A fierce warrior for health and safety, ethics, and the greater community, she is an advocate for her clients and mentees in the biohazard restoration industry.
Her areas of focus are legal compliance, marketing strategies, vendor partnerships, SEO, R&D, and decomposition clean-up. Additionally, she is a S540 TCST Subject Matter Expert, Probate Attorney Licensed to practice law in the state of Arizona, sits on the IICRC TCST Certification revision committee as well as the IICRC Drug Clean-up Task Force, and the Arizona Multihousing Association AMCF Big Hearts committee.

Matthew is an operations management and Xactimate mastermind who is constantly developing new ways to streamline the biohazard remediation process safely and with proper documentation. Co-owner of BioteamAZ, he is a client favorite due to his excellent communication skills combined with extensive practical and technical knowledge of biohazard cleanup. He is often the first on scene for assessments and knows how to balance the emotional needs of the clients with the technical needs of the project with compassion and professionalism.
